Q. I currently weigh in at 28 stone. Will this present a problem?

A. No, we can tailor make chairs holding up-to a maximum user weight of 50 stone.

Q. Your made to measure service, what exactly does this entail?

A. When building your chair we can take All measurements into consideration. We can vary the depth, back height and width of a chair. We can also build various height chairs, starting from as low as 15" from floor to seat.

Q. The most popular choice chair back is the waterfall 3 tiered back. Are there any other choices?

A. Yes, we offer 2 style button backs, a 2 tier back and also a loose cushion back which is fully reversible.

Q. I spend a lot of time in my current chair and can be prone to pressure sores. Do you have a remedy for this?

A. Pressure sores can be extremely uncomfortable and painful. To help cure these, and even prevent them appearing in the first place, we can build a pressure relieving foam straight into your chair. This alleviates the need to place extra extrenal cushions on your chair seat, which more often than not cause an incorrect seating position and also change the cosmetic appearance of the chair.

Q. What is the difference between your single motor and your dual motor electric chairs?

A. A single motor chair features a two button handset which raises the footboard whilst reclining the back. A dual motor chair features a four button handset which allows the footboard and the back of the chair to work independantly of each other.

Q. If there is an electricity power failiure, would the chair still work?

A. On purchasing a chair, there is an option to have a battery back up system fitted. During a powercut, this would allow the chair to complete up-to 30 complete cycles.

Q. How limited is the fabric choice when choosing a chair?

A. We offer a huge range of general domestic wear, severe domestic wear, leather and faux leather. Also,which is an increasingly popular choice, we can supply the waterproof, anti-bacterial range.

Q. How long do I have to wait for my furniture order?

A. Generally all orders are completed and delivered within 3 - 4 weeks from purchase date. Urgent orders can be taken and will be processed as fast as possible.

Q. What sort of guarantee do you offer?

A. We offer a full two year warranty on our product range.

Q. I am registered disabled. Will I have to pay VAT on my electric chair?
